Porsche Dealer leaks 4.0L Cayman GT4 RS
Boy oh boy oh boy, get yourselves ready because it looks like the rumours are true. A Cayman GT4 RS is coming!
We earlier reported that rumours were circling about a GT4 with a possible 4.0L engine but it was uncertain if it would be a next generation GT4 or a previous model GT4 RS. And thanks to this Porsche Dealer who was a bit clumsy in his social media strategy we have confirmation on a Cayman GT4 RS.
The picture has already been deleted but caradvice got to capture the post before it got taken down. The most interesting part is that they mention the 4.0L flat-six engine which should give the power boost to make it a perfect drivers car. If it's going to get the full RS treatment expect more power, massive aero, an even lighter Cayman with even stickier tires but still retaining the manual transmission. It'll be an amazing car with an even more amazing waiting list. Expect prices to soar in the first couple of months. But if you can get the chance to get your hands onto one for a good price.
