Porsche 718 shows its face in Geneva
The updated Porsche Boxster was unveiled at the annual Geneva Motor Show, now wearing the name; Porsche 718.
I could go on and on about the Porsche 718 and what was told during the press release but it all boils down to Porsche wanting us to be super enthusiastic about a downsized engine and a facelift. And the worst part? It actually kind of works.
As at the center of this marketing lies a new pair of 4-cylinder flat engines. One powering the 718 Boxter with 2 liters of displacement, 300 PS and 380 Nm of torque. The second engine is a similar setup but with 2.5 liters of displacement, 350 PS and 420 Nm of torque.
