More Cupra-news, "normal" Leon is teased

Only a few hours ago, Cupra told us about the Leon TCR-racer. It seems it's going to be a Cupra-kind of day. Besides the racecar, the "normal" and street-legal version is teased. The full reveal is planned on 20 February.

Lot has changed in the last years. Cupra was split from Seat and started to live aside their sister brand. Just like Fiat and Abarth. Cupra is only offering the Ateca SUV, but that is going to change. For the first time in history, the Seat Leon Cupra will be known as Cupra Leon and it will wear the bronze logo with pride.

More "first time's" can be found under the hood. There will be multiple versions -nothing new here- and one of them is a plug-in hybrid that will be featured. In all probability the same setup as in the Volkswagen Golf and Skoda Octavia. The hatchback and Sporttourer will be presented to the world on 20 February.

The big air-intakes, on the teaser, looks promising.
