'F-Pace SVR' Carrying V8 Spied: Quad Exhaust Tips Baby!

SVO makes SVR, makes sense?

Oh Jaguar, you sure as hell are keeping the rumor mill running at full speed and an F-Pace with 4 exhaust tips sure adds more momentum to it. So will the V8 that will power the F-Pace SVR, as the prototype we spotted this week made its exhaust sing in a way only 8 cylinders can. We'll know later this year just what final product will be, so a little patience is required.

Launched early last year, the Jaguar F-Pace had no halo-car to top off its range. Sure, there is the F-Pace S which carries either a diesel or petrol V6, but nothing from SVO. All that is about to change though, as the chances of it not being launched are about 0.0001%. Why? Because sources confirmed it, and the prototype that was spotted wasn't hiding its identity that well. It was like Jean-Claude Van Damme trying to convince you he's skinny, it just doesn't work.

Power for the F-Pace SVR is rumored to be 575hp, fitting right into what the expected output is for the upcoming face-lifted Range Rover SVR, or the F-Type SVR MY2017 for that matter. Performance the car offers will also benefit from increased aero, wider tires and a titanium exhaust (JLR has a tendency to slap those onto the SVR models). Furthermore, the car is expected to follow in line with the regular SVR treatment too. Meaning an overkill of badges, aggressive styling and a fuel consumption worthy of its 5-liter, supercharged V8.
