What’s it like to ride along with a group of 20 Maserati’s?

This weekend Nick and I decided to give it a go as I pushed him into a Maserati Quattroporte mark IV with a older couple driving it.

In recent years I have joined a few tours, coming in all shapes and sizes. Being strict and uptight to anything from plain crazy to a mellow as possible. The Maserati club sure falls into the last catagory, from start to finish these guys emboy the true Grand Turismo spirit.

Speeding of on straights and streaming trough corners with an ochestra of dowshifts echoing trough the forest.

But what happend to Nick you are probaly wondering by now?

Well they took a wrong turn after 10 minutes and with him enjoying himself so much he had to refocus after the first stop.

“ Seriously having a hard time interviewing when I am enjoying myself this much”

The diversity of cars was immense, even more diverse then your average teenager STD check-in. 3200s, Biturbos, Grandsports, GranTurismos, Ghiblis and 2 yaw droppers.

A Shamal and a Khamsin, both of them deserve some more text. Nick will provide you with an article covering both those special cars as this is his territory.
